New Holland offers seven skid-steer loaders ranging from 38 to 90 hp with dump heights from 92.2 inches to 102.8 inches. These New Holland skid-steer loaders feature the Super Boom with its patented vertical-lift design. The company says Super Boom increases productivity by enabling high lift capacities, a long forward dump reach and faster cycle times. This lets the loader travel at higher speeds while keeping the load closer throughout the lift cycle, which reduces bucket spillage as the boom is raised.
Visibility and comfort are always big features on skid steers and New Holland’s Super Boom cab allows 360-degree visibility to see all aspects of the work site. A large glass door opens up a full 90 degrees for easy entry and exit. (A demolition door is optional for very rugged working conditions.) The cab in enclosed in noise-absorbing trim which can be enhanced with an optional sound suppression package.

New Holland skid steers come with your choice of standard mechanical controls or an optional pilot-control system, which is featured on the L170 through L190 models. The left and right joysticks provide instant response with minimum effort resulting in more precise control with less driver fatigue. The left joystick controls steering and machine travel, while the right gives full control of the lift arm and attachment tilt. New Holland’s universal “Pick-Up-N-Go” attachment system accepts 55 attachments from the Loadstar Plus program with almost 180 variations and most third party attachments.
