Massey Ferguson refers to the new 5450 as the “ultimate” loader tractor. The new hood design means exceptional visibility, which in turn creates an ideal work format for loader-related chores around the dairy or feedlot. Massey Ferguson trumpets the visibility angle by asking, “shouldn’t you be able to actually see what you’re doing?” With the 5450, operators can easily see the tip of the loader bucket.

At centre stage in Louisville, the new 75-hp MF 5450 also features a left-hand power control lever mounted on the steering column. A simple rotary dial on the console controls the responsiveness of the forward and reverse shuttle. The more aggressive settings offer maximum productivity for heavy loader work. Less aggressive settings provide for quick, smooth directional changes.
