Bestway offers Field Pro IV sprayers with 1,000-, 1,200-, 1,600-and 1,850-gallon tanks. According to Bestway, these sprayers are revolutionary in terms of productivity and performance and should be considered as an entirely different market segment. Part of the difference focuses on their V-Ride technology, which isolates trailer movement from the boom.
The V-Ride technology enables these sprayers to operate at higher field speeds, increasing productivity 25 per cent, reducing fuel costs and improving spray patterns. A simple knob on the suspension control valve controls the V-Ride system, so operators can dial in their preferred “boom ride.”
Booms on Bestway sprayers span 60, 80 or 90 feet. Bestway promotes what they call “a true 90-foot boom.” The outer wings are constructed with lightweight but durable composite materials. According to Bestway, this combined with a full hydraulic accumulator suspension results in an unprecedented ride.
