H&S produces several types of manure spreaders, but among their most popular in Canada is the H&S Top Shot side-discharge manure spreader. This Top Shot series offers three different models, the 2,000-gallon 5120, the 2,600-gallon 5126, and the 5134 with a capacity of 3,400 gallons.

According to H&S, the right side Top Shot discharge expeller system features a new-style fine-spread pan, additional side shields to cut down on drift of material to the tractor or spreader, and an adjustable top expeller shield. All these features along with a high-speed expeller combine to produce an excellent spread pattern. Options include a variety of tire choices, plus the Digi-Star Nutrient Management Scale System with combined GPS and weight verification for accurate manure application and reporting.

The H&S Top Shot spreaders include a left side poly liner, which allows material to slide to the auger. The 5134 also brings a 30-inch diameter round core-segmented auger. All of these augers raise and lower a full eight inches to break up material that may lodge or bridge during the unloading process.

All models also feature an automatic oiler system to oil the drive system chains anytime the discharge door is raised. A master/ slave cylinder system raises and lowers the main auger evenly to keep the material moving through the expeller. Also included on these models is a standard light system, which connects to a seven-pin tractor plug. www.hsmfgco.com
