John Deere 6030 Series

John Deere offers three models in its 6030 series, ranging from 75 to 95 PTO hp. Each of these models is also offered in the “Premium” category with more engine and transmission options and a modular Command Centre in the cab.

The 6030 Premium models offer three basic transmissions, the PowrQuad Plus, the AutoQuad Plus, and the Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT). The PowrQuad Plus 16/16 has four full-synchronized ranges with four powershiftable gears in each range. The AutoQuad Plus 20/20 and 24/24 have five or six fully synchronized ranges with four powershiftable gears in each range. By contrast, the IVT integrates electronic management systems that co-ordinate engine and transmission, leading to increased productivity and improved fuel efficiency.

The 6030 series premium models feature the Command Centre, a six-inch computer monitor within the cab that boosts productivity by enabling easy adjustment of the hitch, hydraulic system and other features. Software can be added to enhance its features, including radar, a backup alarm, electro-hydraulic valves and Headland Management system.
