ICE canola trading in narrow range

WINNIPEG, MB, Jan. 24, 2019 (CNS Canada) – ICE Futures canola contracts weaker Thursday morning, contracts traded both sides of unchanged in overnight action.
Chicago Board of Trade soybean, oil and meal contracts are all weaker in morning trade.
Large palm oil supplies are keeping a lid on vegetable markets currently.
There have been scattered rains across both Argentina and Brazil, but extended forecasts show very little rain expected in the Mato Grosso region, a major soybean crop area. Most other areas have received enough rain.
About 5,100 canola contracts had traded as of 8:43 CST Thursday morning.
