WINNIPEG, MB, Sept 14, 2018 (CNS Canada) – ICE Futures
canola contracts were trading both sides of unchanged Friday
morning.
Chicago Board of Trade soybeans contracts were stronger,
while soyoil and meal contracts were weaker.
Cool and wet weather across the Prairies is delaying
harvest progress. Snow fell in parts of Alberta throughout the
week, flattening crops. Traders are waiting to see the full
extent of damage from the snow.
The Canadian dollar was slightly weaker in morning trade.
About 1,800 canola contracts had traded as of 8:48 CDT
Friday morning.
