– While there are still some details to work out, the European Union and the United Kingdom have largely agreed on a draft text on the post-Brexit relationship between the two. Leaders of the UK and EU will meet on Sunday to finalize the deal.
– Nissan’s board of directors voted unanimously to fire chairman Carlos Ghosn on Thursday. The move comes after the now-former head of the Japanese car-maker was arrested in Tokyo earlier in the week over corruption and financial misconduct allegations. Ghosn had held the position for nearly two decades. Senior executive Greg Kelly was also voted out.
– Markets in the United States are closed Thursday for the Thanksgiving holiday.
