performance at the Helsinki meeting with Russian President
Vladimir Putin. On a Twitter post early this morning, Trump
again defended his performance at the Helsinki summit, after
saying yesterday that he misspoke. Trump was heavily
criticized for avoiding criticisms of Putin at the summit
and instead cast doubts on his own intelligence agencies on
whether Russia interfered with the 2016 U.S. election.
– Google has been fined US$5 billion over illegally
pushing its Android apps on smartphones. The fine surpasses
the US$2.8 billion fine issued last year after an
investigation into Googles shopping search functions.
