I would really like to know how viable the hog producers are right now, and — a big “if” — if the processors are helping them. — David Best

Meat cooked in plastic bags sounds nasty and dangerous. What kind of toxins are being leached into the meat through this process? I want to see some “independent” testing. — Chris Hooymans
