Grain growers and livestock producers looking for new equipment from the Ag Growth International (AGI) group of manufacturers can expect to look for new logos.
Winnipeg-based AGI on Thursday announced a “rebrand initiative” in which the company’s grain and livestock handling equipment and grain storage brands — Batco, Westfield, Wheatheart, Hi Roller, Union Iron, HSI, Tramco, Twister, Grain Guard, Airlanco, Mepu and Applegate — will now sport the same font and AGI’s “rolling hills” insignia.
Farmers can expect to see the new logos on equipment at AGI’s display at the Western Canadian Crop Production Show next week, the company said.

“The creation of a more unified brand family enables our customers, employees and stakeholders to identify AGI and all of its brands as part of a portfolio of products that work together to provide customer solutions within grain handling, storage and conditioning,” AGI CEO Gary Anderson said in a release.
The new logos provide “a consistent and familiar aesthetic while maintaining the historical value that the individual brands were built upon,” the company said.
The rebranding will appear on equipment decals and promotional materials, but each product line will keep its current paint and colour schemes, according to AGI’s vice-president for marketing, Paul Brisebois. — AGCanada.com Network
