Canadian dollar and business outlook

WINNIPEG, July 26 (MarketsFarm) The Canadian dollar was weaker Friday morning, dipping below 76 U.S. cents.
At 8:53 CDT Friday morning the Canadian dollar was at US$0.7585 or C$1.3184 which compares with Thursday’s North American close of US$0.7607 or C$1.3146.
Crude oil was firmer in early activity, with West Texas Intermediate trading right above US$56 per barrel.
There were no significant domestic economic releases Friday morning.
The TSX was stronger Friday morning, up 57.10 points at 8:52 CDT to sit at 16,545.30.
